Returns Policy

A Return Authorization Number must be obtained via e-mail before any items are returned. Without this number written on the return box, no items will be accepted.

1. Cores
   1. Core credit can take up to 4 weeks to be applied to your credit card account
   2. All cores must be in rebuildable condition.
   3. No credit will be issued for
      1. cores with missing or damaged parts
      2. cores not returned in the original box
      3. cores not returned within 60 days of the invoice
      4. caliper cores with drilled or damaged bleeder or brake line threads
      5. remanufactured axle cores with damaged threads or splines, or with bent shafts
      6. All fluid must be drained from caliper and steering rack cores
   4. All shipping and mandatory insurance charges on returns are the responsibility of the customer
2. New returns
   1. Credit can take up to 4 weeks to be applied to your credit card account
   2. No returns on electrical or fuel injection items or manuals.
   3. All new returns:
      1. Must be returned within 30 days of invoice
      2. Must be in original box and in re-sellable condition.
      3. Must not have been installed
      4. Will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
   4. All shipping and mandatory insurance charges are the responsibility of the customer
   5. No shipping charges will be refunded for new returns
3. Warranty returns
   1. Credit can take up to 4 weeks to be applied to your credit card account
   2. No warranty on abused or incorrectly installed parts
   3. Atlantic Imported Auto Supply shall have no liability or responsibility for any incidental or consequential damages caused by a defective item.
   4. Atlantic Imported Auto Supply will not be responsible for the cost of labor related to the installation of a replacement part.
   5. All shipping and mandatory insurance charges on returns are the responsibility of the customer.
   6. No shipping charges will be refunded for warranty returns
